Proposed two storey custom dwelling on a corner block in the heart of Doncaster East. The brief was to provide 6 bedrooms that incorporated serviceable amenities and private ensuits. The result of the dwelling turned into an 85 square unique structure  with 3 separate living areas, 2 separate outdoor areas, 6 bathrooms, cinema room, 1 study and more.

Proposed double storey townhouse to the rear of an existing dwelling on a total 555m2 corner block. The site was subdivided to work with a 200m2 block and a proposal was provided to construct a double story townhouse incorporating  3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, study and an outdoor living area. The boundaries were pushed with the limited lot size, although a well approached planning application and respectful design to the neighborhood achieved a positive outcome with an approval by council. The project was complete within a total of 18 months.
