A corner block with limited development land due to the existing dwellings footprint. The  aim was to achieve a contemporary design blended with open and well positioned amenities to demonstrate that bigger is not necessarily better. The client's brief was to maximise the development site in accordance with the limits of council regulations. The double storey dwelling encompasses 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, single garage, study and an outdoor entertainment area.
